Meditation is a well-known spiritual practice that can calm the frantic mind, encourage creativity, heighten awareness, and improve one’s mood. When one meditates in community, the power of collective silence amplifies many of these benefits. Next week we will revel in the joyous sounds of the holiday season, but this Sunday we will gather for silent meditation to allow time for rest, introspection, and renewal of the spirit. Childcare is available during the service.
