We are not holding a service this week at Decorah UU. We suggest during our regular UU service time that you take this time to honor the inner light in your own spirit. If you can, bring a journal and any meaningful objects with you. A candle is extra nice.

If you choose to sit near a favorite tree, tell the tree a little about yourself. With gratitude, leave a kind word, poem, or offering to the ancestors wherever you sit.

Root yourself with a slow breathing practice. Feel connected. You belong here. Ask for guidance from your deep intuitions.

Then listen. Pay attention to any feelings you have in your body. Spend a few moments journaling. Then close with an open hearted prayer of gratitude.
