Holi, a Festival of Color

Sandhya Purohit Caton will return to share more about Holi, a festival of color that celebrates the arrival of spring. We will engage the senses as we color mandalas, eat fruit, and drink delicious libations. If you have sprouts destined for your own garden, feel free to bring those as part of offering the first signs of spring. Everyone is encouraged to wear colorful clothing, too!

Everyone is welcome at our Sunday morning gathering. We meet at The Lingonberry, 218 W. Water Street, with our service at 10:00, followed by our social time at 11:00.

Share-the-Plate – Our plate recipient for March-April is Friends of the Family, providing safe shelter, confidential services, and housing assistance to individuals in crisis due to homelessness, domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. To donate to the recipient, simply designate so on your check or offering envelope. Loose cash or undesignated envelopes in the offering plate go to Decorah UU.
