World Teachers’ Day is held annually on October 5 to celebrate all teachers around the globe. The theme of this year’s celebration is “the teachers we need for the education we want: The global imperative to reverse the teacher shortage.” Steve Peterson, 5th grade science teacher at Decorah Middle School, will be speaking.  Service Leader: Beth Wahlberg
