Write for Rights is Amnesty International’s largest annual human rights campaign held from November to January, centered on Human Rights Day (12/10). People like you around the world write letters on behalf of people who need urgent help. Through the power of collective action, these letters convince government officials to free people unjustly imprisoned and end other abuses. This year’s 11 cases are women human rights defenders under threat. Please join us at The Lingonberry on Sunday, 11/18/18, after service to write letters–both to government officials and to the people we are helping.
